Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

New pricing becomes effective during your next billing cycle.
Free trials, when offered, are limited to one per user and automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration.

5. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Create derivative works
Exploit any App content
without our written permission.
9. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

Feedback
By submitting content, you grant NutriJoy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for operating and improving the App.
You represent that you own all rights necessary to submit such content.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:

Send spam or unsolicited promotions
Impersonate another person or organization
Upload viruses or malicious software

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriJoy shall not be liable for:

Bugs, viruses, or malicious code
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to NutriJoy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NutriJoy and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

14. Termination
